FAQ

You can purchase each project file individually directly from its detail page, starting at €30. After payment, downloads unlock on that page for 7 days. You will receive a purchase email. To download on other devices later, set a password and log in with your purchase email. If you lose the email, use “Forgot password” with the same address to regain access.

All-Access unlocks every effect in the library, including future additions within your membership period. You can get it monthly (€89/month), yearly (€499/year), or lifetime (€999, one payment).

Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew via Polar until canceled. The lifetime plan requires only a single payment.

Log in and open your Account page, then choose Manage subscription. That opens Polar's secure portal, where you can cancel, switch plans, update payment details, or download invoices.

Canceling stops the next charge, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Yes. Anything you create with the files, including client work and paid performances, is yours to use commercially.

The restriction is on the files themselves: reselling, redistributing, repackaging, or sharing the original project files, components, templates, or networks as your own product is not allowed.

No. You do not need a paid TouchDesigner license just to open and study the project files.

You need TouchDesigner installed on your computer. The free TouchDesigner Non-Commercial license covers learning, testing, and personal non-commercial projects. It has a 1280 × 1280 resolution limit and cannot be used for paid work.

For client projects, paid performances, commercial visuals, or higher-resolution output, you need a paid TouchDesigner license, such as Commercial or Pro.

Yes. All files are built for immediate use and easy remixing, with organized TouchDesigner networks, clear node notes, and included remix examples. For total beginners, we believe the most powerful and intuitive way to learn is to jump straight in: manipulate visuals and watch them react in real time to your music. Customizing networks becomes much easier once you're familiar with basic operators, TOPs, CHOPs, parameters, and the interface.

In most cases, yes. Many project files are designed so you can replace the source image, video, or audio input with your own material.

Check the individual project notes for specific instructions.

Many files are designed with VJ and live performance in mind. Performance depends on your computer, GPU, resolution, and how much you customize the network.

For live use, it helps to test the file in advance and adjust the resolution or effects to your setup.

Please check:

  • Your TouchDesigner version
  • Whether the file requires external assets
  • Whether any missing media paths need to be relinked
  • Whether your system supports the required resolution or GPU features

If the issue continues, contact us with the project file name, TouchDesigner version, operating system, and a screenshot of the error.

Because these are digital products, refunds may be limited once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, if there is a technical issue that prevents you from using the file, please contact us and we will try to help resolve the problem.
