Description

Molten Surge is a live procedural liquid chrome surface. Viscous silver folds rise and collapse in rolling surges, warped by continuous internal flow. Sharp dark creases separate bulging reflective planes, catching stretched highlights that shift with the material.

Usage Note

Built with native auto-motion and fully adjustable parameter controls, including optional audio analysis demonstration components. The system operates standalone with no external audio wiring required. To drive it with your own audio, route your audio signals to the corresponding parameters. All default and tested parameter ranges are documented in the DAT table.

Size of the flow pattern; low gives broad slow shapes, high gives fine busy ones.

Layers of finer ripples in the field; 0 is the base shape only.

How bold or flat the field is before it enters the trail; low is two-tone folds, high a smooth sheen.

Renew0.001-0.2

How fast fresh field replaces the trail; low keeps a long memory, high refreshes quickly.

Smear0-0.05

Vertical smear of the trail each frame; the liquid drag.

Pull0.9-1

Zoom drift of the trail each frame; 1 is none, lower pulls harder.

Spin-10-10

Rotation of the trail per frame in degrees; negative turns the other way.

Resetpulse

Clears the trail and starts again from the fresh field.

Hardness of the chrome folds; low is soft shading, high is crisp ridges.

Size of the reflections; low is broad soft highlights, high is fine busy detail.

Puts back the Look you deleted most recently.
